WEST ORANGE, NEW JERSEY— Barnabas Health is hosting two Veterans Health Care Job Fairs on Tuesday, July 12 and Thursday, July 14. The job fairs are exclusively for veterans, and will feature current opportunities for all levels of skill and experience available throughout Barnabas Health’s network of hospitals, programs and services.
“Many of us felt the impact of the current economy, but our Veterans have been hit particularly hard. As one of the largest private employers in the State of New Jersey, we feel it is our responsibility to reach out to those in need, especially our Veterans, whom we are so proud of,” said Sid Seligman, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Barnabas Health.
The Northern New Jersey event will take place on July 12, from 1 to 5 p.m., at the Saint Barnabas Corporate Office, located at 95 Old Short Hills Road, in West Orange. The Southern program will be held on July 14, from 4 to 8 p.m., located at Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Avenue, in Long Branch.
Veterans will have an opportunity to meet with recruiters and current employees who are veterans themselves, and will learn why a career with Barnabas Health is ideal for a veteran.
