relations firm, is proud to announce it has received two eHealthcare
Leadership Awards for web site design and content. Winners were
recognized during a special presentation at the 12th Annual Healthcare
Internet Conference held November 11 in Orlando.
The Marathon Group won a silver award for Best Health Care Content
for the Saint Barnabas Heart Centers’ web site: www.barnabashealth.org/services/cardiac.
The agency also received a distinction for Best Site Design for
the overall Saint Barnabas Health
Care System web site, www.barnabashealth.org.
According to eHealthcare Strategy & Trends, the
leading Internet publication and online resource
which presented the awards, the response to the 2008 eHealthcare
Leadership Awards was overwhelming. Over 1,100 entries were received
from a wide range of health care organizations. Organizations had
the opportunity to enter under one of 17 classifications so that
they could compete against others of comparable type, size and resources.
There were 12 different award categories.
“Being recognized by such an organization for our web site

peers nationwide and receive two awards is testament to the talented
