About Our Foundation

Who We Are

Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. The Foundation is committed to helping donors fulfill their personal charitable and financial planning goals while providing needed support to the Medical Center.

Over the past several years, the Foundation has worked with donors to accomplish many important initiatives, including: the renovation and redecoration of the Health Care Foundation of New Jersey Learning Center, the refurbishment of Cardiac Rehab; implementation of a healthy living program in 13 area schools aimed at teaching children healthy eating habits and the importance of good nutrition and exercise; and the creation of an Aquatic Themed pediatric playroom.

What We Do

Mission Statement of Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation The Foundation plays an integral role in raising funds for the facilities, programs and services offered by Clara Maass Medical Center. Through a variety of giving opportunities, Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation works with donors to support the many projects that help enhance the health and quality of life in our communities. Foundation staff and Board Members are happy to collaborate with friends ranging from major corporate partners to local groups and individuals to identify that special project that speaks to their hearts.

Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation’s goal is to support the Medical Center’s promise to deliver high quality, compassionate health care, and to improve the health and well-being of the communities it serves.

The Foundation is accountable to the trust that donors place in it, and is committed to serving as a responsible steward of funds contributed for the Medical Center.
